Six campers, two tents, and one set of missing poles

This is a fictional camping checklist tested in TiinyOS with Qwen3.6-35B-A3B. No trip, booking or purchase happened in this test.

Two families can each have a camping checklist and still be short of the same things. I tried a fictional one-night trip: four adults, two children, gear split between the families, and a request for one shared plan. I wanted a list of what to bring, what to check and what was still unknown before anyone bought duplicates.

Tiiny counted five sleeping pads for six people, so it asked for one more. It counted four personal headlamps and asked for two more. Both families had a complete cooking set, and it assigned one for the trip instead of adding another to a shopping list.

The tent section was more useful than a simple “four plus two equals six.” Family A’s four-person tent was listed as complete but had not been pitched and checked. Family B’s two-person tent had no poles. Tiiny kept usable sleeping space unconfirmed and assigned the tent checks to the right families.

One row would need fixing before I shared the plan. The input said stove fuel type and quantity were unknown. Tiiny put fuel stock at zero and the shortage at one, then later described the same fuel as unconfirmed. Unknown stock is a check to make, not a shopping quantity. It also left out the useful count that the families had six sleeping bags, though their temperature ratings were still unknown.

I would take the pad and lamp counts into the packing conversation. Before treating the plan as ready, I would pitch the tents, check fuel and bag ratings, and fill in the missing park, food, water and weather details.
